Dr. Jolene Morse is Chief Risk Officer at Catholic Education Sandhurst and a recognised leader in enterprise risk, governance, and resilience. With over 20 years’ experience across financial services, consulting, and the public sector, she specialises in embedding risk culture, strengthening decision-making, and aligning strategy with risk. A Fellow of the Governance Institute and adjunct academic, Jolene brings board-level insight and a passion for translating complex risk concepts into practical, impactful outcomes.
