Biography

Henry brings broad audit, risk management, and consulting experience from the traditional banking industry and nascent digital assets space. He serves as the Chief Risk Officer of Libeara, a SC Ventures incubated tokenisation platform and regulated financial institution in Singapore. Previously, he was the Head of Risk and Internal Control at a consortium of crypto-related companies, and pioneered PwC Singapore’s digital assets team. He is also a Chartered Accountant ("CA") of Singapore, Certified Financial Risk Manager ("FRM") and a Certified Information Privacy Professional - Asia ("CIPP/A").
