Biography

Pradeep Aggarwal is Managing Director and Head of Credit Risk Management for Asia ex-Japan (AEJ) at Nomura, and Global Head of Private Credit and Real Estate. He provides executive leadership over regional risk portfolio while managing multi-locations teams. Pradeep's core expertise lies in corporate credit, alongside managing sophisticated exposures across financial institutions and hedge funds. Over a 20 years career, he has pioneered comprehensive credit risk frameworks and driven senior risk:reward decisions. He holds a post-graduate management degree, a CFA charter, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
