Biography

David Harper is the Global Head of Enterprise Risk and leads teams based in the UK, Germany, Ireland, India, Singapore and Bermuda. He is responsible for the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework which is the overarching risk framework that supports all aspects of risk management across the global business. David chairs of the firms Responsible AI Oversight Group and leads the global model risk and EUC teams that act as the independent model validation and control functions.
