- Biography
- Sebastian is Head of Market Risk in the Asia Pacific region. He oversees the Market Risk teams across Asia Pacific with locations in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Beijing. He serves as Co-Chair of the Asia Pacific Risk Council. He is also a steering committee member of the LGBTQ+ network in Hong Kong. Sebastian joined Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in 2011. Sebastian was named managing director in 2025. Sebastian earned a MSc in Mathematical and Computational Finance from Oxford University in 2011.
