Biography

Luz Pilar de Guzman is Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Security Bank Corporation. Piluchi has over 28 years of international banking experience, with broad exposure across retail and wholesale credit risk, as well as operational and enterprise risk management. Prior to joining Security Bank, she was Managing Director and Global Head of Business Banking Risk at Standard Chartered Bank. Earlier in her career, she held senior risk roles at HSBC in Hong Kong and the Philippines, building a broad track record in underwriting, portfolio management, and risk strategy across multiple markets in the Asia-Pacific region. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Credit Risk Professional (HKIB), a CFA Charterholder, and holds the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) certificate from GARP.
