Biography
Oliwia Kozlowska is the Head of Strategic Change within the Market Risk Control (MRC) organisation in UBS. In her role, she leads MRC work related to various change initiatives. Oliwia has over 20 years of industry experience, spanning change, risk and quant roles. She holds a PhD in Mathematical Finance from Birkbeck College, University of London.
