Biography

Thomas Sutcliffe is a senior risk leader with experience spanning insurance, banking, asset management and consulting across Asia and Europe. He currently serves as a Senior Director within Prudential plc's Risk & Compliance function. Prior to Prudential, Thomas held a number of senior risk, governance and transformation roles at HSBC and PwC. A Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (FIA) and a CFA Charterholder, Thomas has advised boards, senior executives and regulators on strengthening risk frameworks, governance effectiveness and emerging risk management practices. His recent work has included AI governance, third party risk management and enterprise-wide risk oversight across international markets.
