Biography

David Sharratt is a C-suite banking executive with over 30 years' experience leading risk, governance and transformation functions at major international financial institutions, including Standard Chartered, Commerzbank, RBS, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan. He has advised boards and regulators across multiple jurisdictions on operational and non-financial risk, regulatory remediation, financial crime controls, and the governance of emerging technologies such as AI. Based in Singapore, David brings a quantitative risk foundation together with cross-border leadership experience spanning Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas. He is a Non-Executive Director of PeopleStories charity and Co-Chair of the British Chamber Finance and Fintech Committee, Singapore.
