Biography

Prashant has worked in APAC, Europe, and the US for over two decades, specializing in the assessment of regulatory impact on global markets strategy, operations and controls. Prashant acts as an advisor to senior management and markets stakeholders on matters concerning regulatory change including derivatives regulation, the development and evolution of financial market infrastructure, and other market integrity and transparency initiatives including those more recently on digital assets related direction and regulation. Prashant was recently Co-Chair of the ISDA-ASIFMA APAC Public Policy Committee, and currently serves as a member of the ASIFMA FinTech Working Group and Sustainable Finance Committee. Prashant holds a 1st class honors degree in Computer Science from King’s College London, and a Distinction for his Masters degree in the Analysis, Design & Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics.
